Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time. During holidays, promotions, and periods of high demand, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, destination, and selected delivery method.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin after the order has been processed. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed because carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs inspections, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after the order has been shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Shipping Address

Delayed or Missing Packages

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

Keep the product and all packaging until we complete our review. Do not consume any product that arrives with a broken seal, leakage, or visible damage.
