Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or items ordered incorrectly.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with a product quality concern. Include:

Your name and order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the product, shipping box, and packaging.

Keep the product and packaging until your concern has been reviewed. Do not consume products with broken seals, leaks, or signs of damage.

Refunds & Replacements

After reviewing your concern, we will notify you whether a refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. You will not be charged to replace an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
