Founded by Julie Josue, our brand brings together two beloved Haitian traditions: Kremas, a rich, creamy celebratory drink, and Epis, a flavorful seasoning blend at the heart of Haitian cooking.

Our name honors 1804 the year Haiti gained its independence and the strength, pride, and heritage that continue to inspire us.
